With two 5’ x 10’ state-of-the-art flatbed routers, GDI can precisely cut wood, plastic, acrylic and aluminum up to 60” x 120” in diameter and 2” in thickness. We also are able to digitally print and contour cut any of these substrates for a perfect die-cut image without a cutting die. Our newest router, in fact, is equipped with “object-recognition” technology. It can cut the most difficult projects with ease, whether it be a single-cut item or mass quantity.
